Grasse- (again) at last!

Hello everyone!  It has been such a long time and so quickly the time has passed since I returned to Canada reluctantly from France 5 monthes ago.  Since then I have been processing how to live my life after having a life changing experience.  These things can take some time!  What I’ve arrived at is that Life is an ongoing adventure and I must be flexible and bending as a willow and remember that one can never predict how it may turn corners and deliver me after all into the lap of my dreams.

So here we are in March 2009… 2 years after I began this blog and my pilgrimage to the birthplace of modern perfumery.  And… today I have an announcement to make- I am officially launching the next phase of this great journey!   For in  exactly 11 days I will be flying home to Grasse!  I have already secured an apartment in the centre of the old city,  just about 10 metres from where I lived before, but on the top floor with lots of light and space.  I will be in Grasse for a minimum of 3 monthes, and I will be creating my formulas there full time under the consultation of a master perfumer.  As soon as I arrive, I will be setting up my little atelier and throwing open the windows to the sunshine and Mediterranean air and ushering in inspired guidance.

As usual, I will share all of this with you……. and I would like to say how much I appreciate your attention and interest in my journey so far.
